Partnership Sales Lead
The Partnership Sales Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and fulfillment of all sponsorships and partnerships at FIT4MOM. This role is responsible for developing relationships with potential partners, establishing creative sales strategies, achieving sales goals and growing revenue through partnerships. Examples of partnership opportunities include sponsoring FIT4MOM events, digital marketing and affiliate opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and manage strong business relationships with current and potential partners.
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities through targeted prospecting and lead generation.
- Manage sponsor, partner, and vendor relationships to foster loyalty, drive long-term partnerships and ensure a high level of success.
- Contact prospective companies and individuals to initiate the sales effort. Create a strong sales pipeline and nurture all new sales leads.
- Schedule meetings and prepare, customize, and present sponsorship sales proposals to potential sponsors.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while maintaining a focus on customer service excellence.
- Assist in the preparation and design of sponsorship sales brochures, pamphlets, advertisements, or other sales materials.
- Manage contract deliverables by working closely with the FIT4MOM event and marketing teams to ensure goals and deadlines are met.
- Track and report weekly sales activity and progress toward annual sales goals and targets.
- Coordinate sampling and content opportunities with FIT4MOM franchisee network.
- Maintain accurate records of contacts, proposals, and deals in CRM.
- Create partnership and sponsorship packages tailored to client needs.

- Strong organization skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Must be willing to track hours spent on sales activities weekly
- Strong connections in the fitness or mom/parenting industry preferred
- Must be willing to share all contacts and leads generated on behalf of FIT4MOM
Hours and Compensation
- Part Time (10-20 hours per week)
- Compensation - $20 hour
- Commission (paid on revenue collected)
- 8% for the first $50,000
- 12% for $50,001–$100,000
- 15% for $100,001 and above
