Need a quick meal idea? These veggies serve as a great starter to a balanced meal.
Preheat oven to 430
Chop a variety of colorful veggies (we usually use most of the rainbow)
Toss with oil and seasonings - my boys LOVE ranch seasoning sprinkled in!
Bake for 15 minutes!
Serve with a protein and fat source to stay full - (we did rice, sausage, and cottage cheese).
